Alexandra van de Kamp
Alexandra van de Kamp is a poet living in New York who has returned to the States after living in Spain for six years. She has been previously published in journals such as Poetry Northwest, The Greensboro Review, The Seattle Review, Red Rock Review, The Lucid Stone, The Mystic River Review, Talking River Review, and Washington Square. She also has poems forthcoming in Poems & Plays, Poetry Northwest, Ekphrasis, and two web magazines: "Gloss: A Journal of Art & Ideas" and "Branches." Her chapbook, "The Rainiest May in the Twentieth Century", has won the Quentin R. Howard Poetry Prize and will be published this May (2002) by WIND Magazine. She is a co-founding editor for Terra Incognita, a bilingual literary magazine distributed in Spain and the US.
